Navigating to the wiki creation page
From the front page of the site, you can either click on the 'wiki' link, or the 'create content' link.
If you click 'wiki' from the, at the bottom of the page under the title 'Operations', you'll see an option to create a new entry. This will open up the wiki creation form.
Alternatively, you can get to the wiki creator page by clicking on 'Create content', it will open up a page offering all the different types of content you can create with an explanation.
Click on 'Wiki' and the wiki creation form will open up ready to fill in.
Creating the wiki
Type in the title of the wiki in the title field.
The 'Wiki topics' section content to be categorised. It's integral to making content 'findable'.
If content fits into more than one category, hold the control key (pc) or the command key (mac) to select additional topics.
If there is a category missing that really ought to exist, you can select the 'Unclassified' option if it doesn't seem to belong anywhere.
Wiki content creation
This is where you create your content. You can use this interface to create links and even to upload and insert images.
Once you're done, scroll to the bottom of the page and hit the 'Save' button. If you screwed up anywhere, the thing'll tell you anyway, so it's probably all good. You might want to check on your work by going to the wiki's page and seeing if your page turned up.
